Motivation and consistency
I weighed in today. Before I started working out about a year ago I was 245 no muscle mass and I've never lifted In my life until February of 2022 Almost a year now 263 is my weight I'm 6'4 and I can bench 265, my deadlift is 380, and my squat is 320. Now people that have been lifting their entire life will think man that's nothing, although it's everything to know I can wake up in the morning every morning knowing I have the strength to conquer any obstacles that come my way day to day. Form and technique is everything in life be patient, slow and carful with anything you do. Slow and steady wins the race. What ever your milestones are crush em and keep improving.
