As a guy with mainly female friends, I can't really judge. I just can't bond with men as easily as i can with women. As long as they set boundaries and I don't feel like I'm competing against any, don't think I'd have a problem with it. (edited)

I think it’s fine as long as you both have an understanding of what type of relationship it is and boundaries are respected regardless of sex/gender/age, etc.

Depends on the person and their values

All my female friends are only friends. When I fall in love with a friend I always tell her. I prefer to cut this feeling from the root and if she wants we can continue being friends

The best platonic male and female friendships are when the guys male friends have girlfriends

So why the hell woman can't do the same: say goodbye to fake friends and look for a true female friends? Or is she saying that she is also like that - toxic behind the back of her female friends?
