Better way to shrug

I know it's only 2d rest but I can't train pressing exercises just yet, and I'm really interested to develop my mid back. I figured out a new setup that targeted my mid back without involving lats, but that could also be the weight was much lighter than 2d ago. Feels good, thanks Dorian Yates!
