I've been deprived all my life. But coconut oil has become my new favorite. Gives a nice flavor. The food doesn't burn. It's expensive but amazing. Of course there's olive oil too.... but give me the coconut.

So I personally use the coconut oil for a lot as well. I use the solidified, crisco looking stuff. For deep frying though, I use canola oil as it's a lot cheaper and easier to aquire

Man I'm getting addicted to this... Coleslaw just works with anything really. You can add pretty much whatever you like! Put some diced apples on top of a classic recipe and it just tasted even more refreshing. I highly recommed it! Works well as a sallad or part of the main dish. 😋
