You need to hold yourself accountable, set small goals and set routine , it takes time to build routine but set up a forum of reward for end of each week . Let's say set out to workout 4x a week n if u reach that goal u give urself a fave snack or meal or something

Set lower, more obtainable goals at first maybe? Then go from there.

But when I go to gym, my trainer keeps pushing me and tells me I am worst than the girls 🥲.

@Divyansh Pratap Singh have you tried home workouts? That's what I do a lot of because I just don't like gyms much and you can do a lot at home.

@Divyansh Pratap Singh definitely try to motivate yourself. The first week was the hardest for me and now it's just a habit. Start with just a few minutes like 20-30 minutes and see how that goes.

I have this same struggle. What tends to help is surrounding myself with others that have the same or similar goals. That feeling of slothful behavior leaves as soon as you get that text to go work out. If all else fails, literally just drive to the gym and get out of your car. It’s highly unlikely you won’t go workout if you take the effort to go there in the first place

My friends are so lazy for gym and since somehow they don't gain weight, they are not interested. I have this one friend for whom I even paid the gym membership to accompany me, but yet he didn't went more than a month.

@Divyansh Pratap Singh here are 5 things that may help a little bit. 1. Keep it Simple - don’t throw yourself into what your body and mind can’t handle. Gradually work your way towards an attainable goal, making sure to track your progress along the way 2. Leave the House - even if it is as simple as going for a walk, make sure you leave your house! You are bound to do something when you leave the things that keep you from wanting to be active. 3. Create your own Motivation - most people lack motivation, seeking it from watching others success or by depending on others to lift them up. Try acting as if you are about to become the best at whatever it is you are doing, and it will be so 4. Create Consistency - make a set time that you are to persue your exercises, schooling, etc… creating a routine will re-wire your brain, resulting in a healthier lifestyle overall. Start by mapping out your available time, and creating set goals (this applies to workouts, finance, relationships, etc..) 5. ***Treat yourself as if you were someone/something you are responsible to help*** - I’m not sure if you have ever had a pet, child, or younger sibling. If you have, you know that there is immense amounts of dependency on you for them to have a daily life. From feeding to bathing to having fun, the responsibility of taking care of something other than yourself is something that seems easier to do than something as simple as self medicating when becoming sick. Treat yourself as if you were someone or something you care for or even love. Everything will become much easier in time. Not sure if this will help or not, but I’ve got faith that you can do this! Good luck brother
