37 sets is excessive. I do 3 sets of 10 for dumbbell curls, 4 sets of 10 for lateral raises and 3 sets of 10 for dumbbell squats. 37 sets per week is already pushing healthy boundaries, per day is totally bonkers. It’s not about number of sets or how heavy you lift, it’s about setting a routine. Lifting as little as 15 lbs can cause injury you know 😅
