My journey so far

About 6 years ago, I was in crutches and told I would never run let alone walk properly by the doctor. I went into a depression with weight gain and years of rehabilitation. About 4 months ago the doctor cleared me from physical therapy and I went straight to the process. Today, I’m maxing my mile time and climbing as many things I can. I’m just happy to be able to use my legs like before the accident. I know I’m nowhere near the body I want but I am grateful to be able utilize the gym again. Thank you for reading this 🤙🏼
