Started my journey HELLA late in life. But after never wanting to go to a traditional gym. I'm trying a place called 9ROUND Boxing. 30 minutes and I'm burning more than I did in an hour elsewhere.

My Happy Place

The gym is more then about weightloss. Mentally it is huge and the music clears your head and the people are so nice. The atmosphere is just calming for that little while you forget. The voices are silent.
