Gold old days

I miss the days when life felt fulfilling, when all I had to do was wake up, eat, and work. It followed a routine, yet it never felt dull. There was a quiet kind of fulfillment in being in a field where my work was truly valued and appreciated.

What was your favorite childhood comfort food that you now either dislike or at least seriously question?

As a kid, my ultimate comfort food was “macaroni porridge” – pasta boiled in milk with a dollop of butter. Another favorite was spreading jam on a slice of Edam cheese. 😅🤣
