I think I used to feel things a lot more strongly, but now it's like there's a vast emptiness in me. Its like I just don't feel much of anything anymore.

i have some education on personality disorders tho im obv not a professional so i dont want to claim i have one tho im sure i do, my mom doesnt believe in such things so i have to go by myself to a therapist to get diagnosed tho i want to do it quickly, so i could suggest to a therapist that i may have this or that disorder. theres alot to talk abt when it comes to this ofc trauma, how i act etc so would anyone who has more education in this field be willing to explain more about these disorders to me or even have a chat abt my personality and the stuff i struggle with? i would rly appreciate it

here is my thought, as most of people might say: "to find a new frined, an interesting person, maybe a lover" but is this really the reason?
Most people don’t go to dating apps for friendship
Even if they claim they do, dating apps are built on attraction, attention, and quick judgments. They encourage seeking validation, matching, being chosen. So the “friendship” idea is often just a mask for other motives. 
Teenagers here to feel older, experiment, or prove something.
Older users looking seriously for love or a partner
Lonely or insecure people looking for validation
People who feel “unaccepted” offline trying to be accepted online.
Most people don’t realize this:
Self-respect kills the need for external approval.
When you’re satisfied with yourself, you don’t chase — you choose.
I'm not saying it's wrong tho, i'm just pointing at what ^most^ try to blur.
