Lobster Mac 'n Cheese

Parents saved a lobster for me from the 4th so made some lobster mac. Sharp cheddar and gruyere, bread crumbs and some leftover gruyere shredded over top then put under the broiler. Came out pretty good, made the cheese sauce maybe a little too loose though.

Finally figured out how to poach eggs ♡

If you use a cup of water and half a cup of vinegar and let your eggs sit in that solution for like 5 minutes they actually stay together and you can't taste the vinegar at all ♡ also don't let your water boil too hard and only cook for like 3 minutes and they're still runny ♡ so heckin' yummy ♡

Definitely. My mom taught me when I was young and I've picked up a few jobs here and there to improve it.

My favorite thing is to cook for others. I often find that cooking for myself takes too much time, but if I know that I'm effectively feeding multiple people it motivates me. It also helps to see the smiles and hear the compliments 😅
