It's actually proven that exercise increases endorphins and dopamine. Ever since I've started going to the gym my mood has changed.

Yes, being active definitely can improve mental health. I like a variety, walking, jogging, HIIT, functional strength training.

There is no magic here. Exercise stimulates endorphin production which can change your mood. I find exercise terribly boring. But if I take a brisk walk out in nature the environment changes me. And I get some exercise from the walking as a side effect. But that's just me.

Am I the only one who has a love/hate relationship when it comes to working out? Like, it's always such a struggle for me to start the workout or go to the gym but then once you actually do it and get through it you're like "oh, that wasn't that bad!" But then the cycle continues the next day? 💀

Any tips to lose weight?? 🥲

This whole summer I’ve been trying to slim down. I do see a difference from eating better and working out, but it still doesn’t look like I’m losing any weight (and I go back to my school campus next month 😭 I’ve been working out since late May) Does anyone have any tips to help me lose weight?

I know that some people have metabolic issues and for that reason it is difficult for them to control their weight. People also have a wide variety of body shapes and sizes.
