My workout as a newbie
So I joined the gym at the end of October after years of saying I needed to workout and get fit, I struggle massively with motivation, energy and other things so I have never been able to start and keep to something like this before, I paid for a membership to a gym to force myself to go and so far it's working. I just had my 6 week milestone (few weeks off for illness) and this is what my workout looks like now. This is with never going to a gym before and having a very sedentary lifestyle prior.

Better organized then i am! I'm pretty fresh with the whole work put program. So this may not be the best advice, but what's helped me i think. If it gets to be too much, find whatever works best and stay disciplined to it. On the days you don't wanna workout, force yourself too. Any steps towards that goal, are still steps
