I wake up each day greeted by my dog along aside of me. Eat breakfast take my mental health medication and sit and ponder in the gloomy mind I have. The world has drastically changed. All these shootings innocent people dying all over the world. This hate and racial views everywhere. Climate change and COVID 19. I'm thankful for being able to live my life freely when I was younger. Not a worry in the world. I truly miss those days as I get older I start to really appreciate little things like that. I often wonder if that the only time I will ever feel free? Free of not worrying about going to the grocery store or some public event. I struggle each day with mental health and yes I'm not alone I'm aware of that. My whole family has and still does struggle with some sort of mental health issues from time to time. But in today's society I feel like I'm in isolation due to covid and these shootings that are occuring every day. I take my mental health very seriously and everyone else should too! Be a good Samaritan and help those in need
