Is it just me or am I the only one who still feels lost at 30? I still don't know where I'm going when society says you should have a purpose and a path by now.

Nope, you’re not alone at all. I can’t recall where this is from but it said that grown ups are just people pretending they know what’s going on, knowing full well they have no idea what’s going on and the only ones who know this are the more grown. So yeah no one really knows what’s going on we’re just trying our best day by day.

Most people don't really know what to do with their lives - lot if them either just try to do what they love or they try to shoot for big success. Some of the more interesting people in the world IMO are people who don't know that answer and try to look and observe themselves and others to understand more about what it's like to be human. Why we do what we do, and what really matters more to us on a minimalist vs determinist level.

Have you considered this? Once you accomplish a dream or goal, then what? You will be satisfied temporarily, but then something in us wants more. The trick is to keep on trying new things in life. That is the truly fun part. Don't listen to societal standards anyways. Generally speaking, most of society is not all that wise anyways, so why let them dictate your standards? Everyone goes through it. You are lucky your generation has more facilities compared to the earlier ones. So, take your time, identify your strengths, and push hard in that direction. When we were kids, there was no internet, no mobile. and only commerce arts and science after school. And kids did not have the freedom to decide.
