I can't be the only person who has this problem so how does anyone else deal with it

You can sit there for hours and sit and talk to someone who is on the brink and help them out and could sit up all night with no problem helping other people but when it comes to yourself you can do it and end up thinking....yeah ⚰️ or is that just me who's mental 🙂
