You just have to treat the app like any other tool in your arsenal. Use it occasionally but don't forget to remain present IRL. Edit: This isn't a good app for dating imo.. Use Bumble or Okcupid, I've has most luck with that one in the past. As someone who's been off and on dating apps since 07, I say that they're not what they used to be. I feel the hookup culture and swiping options made them worse. I say shoot your shot IRL, skip the online talking phase bs. While I have come across my share of entitled women(Not all, don't try and twist my words..) I say it's better than online dating.
