I posted earlier last week I would do the saitama challenge I will but it is for more advance people so I switched to exercises that are meant for everyone calisthenics called a app better me it feels amazing
I was able to run almost a full mile without losing my breath, it helped me breath better with some simple exercises and stretches and I didn't even start my diet yet, I haven't been eating healthy like I said, I'm trying to improve, my mindset is trying to tell me to relax but I did that for the... I just did my 2min planking and half a mile run that I bruised my right foot, it looks like a blister popped from the inside, not for the faint of heart sorry if I grossed you out it doesn't hurt to touch but hurts to curl toes 😂 I think I'll take a brake from calisthenics tomorrow 😂

I didn't do leg day yesterday, too tired. So I skipped cardio today and did back and leg day together instead. I was gonna do the "bonus" exercises, or how I like to call them "exersides" lol but I stopped after 1.5 hours and I was getting shakey. Time to go home, eat, and rest. (edited)
