lost 4 kgs in 13 days.

soo I reached 91 kgs and decided to loose some weight, what I did was started taking l-carnitine 2gms with a mug of coffee as pre workout and 3gms of creatine(I am taking creatine since a long time so no loading was needed) as source for energy and i lost 4kgs! but i broke my workout timing into 2 morning workout with calisthenics and evening workout with resistance training ofcourse done some changes in diet as well, I removed carbs from evening diet i.e. calorie deficit. Maybe this post will help someone, but body type also matters a lot in weight loss, I am a mesomorph and have some experience in fitness so not so tough for me to loose wight or vice versa, but if you are a endomorph take it slow and steady else your hormones will make you gain more weight. Just a random case, I think maybe help someone. (edited)
