Therapy 🧩❤️
I never realised how therapeutic puzzles are... focusing on shapes and colour keep my mind busy on the present and on the smaller steps, rather than looking too far ahead. Not only have I felt calmer but it's made me feel more excited about colour work and how I can transfer this to different areas of life such as beauty and makeup. It's been about 20 years since my last jigsaw but I'm already keen for my next one! #satisfaction (edited)
