No matter what happens, can't feel hapiness

Days spent drowning in loneliness. If anything positive happens, it doesn't emotionally register. My brain can only feel sadness or numbness. The hours pass and I'm on/off on the verge of tears. I've reached the end of the line in terms of therapy and medication. There's nothing else to try.

That’s rough, I’m sorry. I can only relate, in that my inability to mend with the world in front of me - robbed my loved ones of a valuable/healthy relationship that they themselves needed. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there… and I ain’t going back. 💯3 depressions is enough 😂I’m just here to say, that getting out of that state - is possible. 🙂I don’t know what it looks like for you, but it is possible, and I do hope, however you can - whatever takes, that you find it 😎Good luck, you got this 💪👍🔥 (edited)
