Muscle to body fat ratio
I need to lose weight but I'm also wanting to gain muscle. Genetically I'm actually not so great at putting on muscle. I can drop weight simply by counting calories. However I doubt I gain much muscle while doing this, if not lose it. The ultimate goal of course is to have a better muscle to fat ratio. I don't need to lose 20 lb so much as I'd like to adjust somewhere in the middle where more of its muscle. I'm not really the protein shake kind of guy. I've tried it and I can't keep it up. Best I can do is count calories. I'm just getting back to doing krav again after a month and a half or so, hopefully I'll be back to full speed here in a week or two. Should I be focused on dropping this 20 lb again? I currently weigh in it just under 190. My appropriate BMI would be at 165.

I posted earlier last week I would do the saitama challenge I will but it is for more advance people so I switched to exercises that are meant for everyone calisthenics called a app better me it feels amazing
I was able to run almost a full mile without losing my breath, it helped me breath better with some simple exercises and stretches and I didn't even start my diet yet, I haven't been eating healthy like I said, I'm trying to improve, my mindset is trying to tell me to relax but I did that for the... I just did my 2min planking and half a mile run that I bruised my right foot, it looks like a blister popped from the inside, not for the faint of heart sorry if I grossed you out it doesn't hurt to touch but hurts to curl toes 😂 I think I'll take a brake from calisthenics tomorrow 😂
