Alright, so losing fat happens over all the whole body, equally; genetically where your body is prone to store fat is where you'll have more, to target that particular areas, you should do exercise related to that area and eat a blanced diet which doesn't inflates your body and causes bloating, eat a diet which feels natural to you and you feel good after eating it and not lethargic and so on. Eat salads and uncooked meals for breakfast, eat cooked and more fulling meals for lunch and then for dinner very light meal preferably with uncooked food.
