So what are peoples sleeping patterns like?

I've had issues with sleep since I was a kid and getting 4/5 hours a night or being awake for 48 hours used to be no issue. Now I'm 30 and can't brush it off as easy. For me it's either don't sleep for 24-48 hours, maybe get 4/5 or crash after not sleeping and be dead to the world for 10/12 hours
