Dear men, I hope you have someone you can talk about it with. Whatever it is. Whether it’s a friend or a family member. There’s always religious leaders (usually free) and talk therapy, sometimes alll you need is 5 sessions to feel better.

Negativity is contagious. I saw one who has terrible issue here. I'm not sure what kind of mental health issue this person has. He keep posting on the platform that people here are cruel to him So many people left nice and supportive comments on that post, yet he pushed them away and keep venting
