I think i might understand what goes through your head. I suffer from mental problems and depression and often think that i am probabl not healthy and good enough for a partner. I feel like a broken ship on the seafloor. You could think you can only have a good relationship when you won against your anxiety and fears but that doesnt have to be. There are in deed people who cant deal with depressed people or people suffering from insecuritys. These people want "healthy" and smiling partners, because they dont want to spend time and energy to support others. They only stay in good times and leave in bad. Those are not right people. Nor for friendship neither for partnership. But there are also the people who are willing to look for the good in others and take the person as the person is with the positive aspects and negative. Those people are the right for you. Dont be sad. You have some interesting hobbies and talents and an angel like voice. Focus on your features and talents. It will be allright.

Well, at this point, I suggest focusing on what makes you feel or be this way, and working on it with a therapist. No shame in going to therapy for help, especially when it can help you live a happier life. Also, sure it might not be easy, but have faith in yourself and learn to notice things about yourself, especially when these insecurities might cause you to act unusual. When you notice the triggers, it's easier to dive into what is causing these things, and so it's easier to heal. It doesn't have to be like that forever. You can heal, you can find love, you got this!

You’re right its hard to love someone who has mental health issues. That’s why I think its really important to ask the hard questions right at the start to find potential trigger points that could lead to issues later on. Sometimes I think I could have continued some relationships but it can become emotionally draining and effect your own mental health after a while. I personally don’t believe any of us have the power to change someone’s beliefs because resolving cognitive dissonance is a painful endeavor. They have to put in the work to find the problem on their own. But both sides need to work on their issues prior to entering into a committed relationship otherwise the love that was built can implode on itself. It’s even worse when there are kids involved in the mix. 😬 (edited)
