People often talk about the big things that can effect people with anxiety, but not often the little things. Today we got a new couch and I didn't know about it until I walked into the living room and saw it. The sudden change made me so anxious I was physically ill for about an hour. Again, I'm now on the other side of it, and realizing what happened is hilarious 😂
