As in nihilism? Like feeling you or life have no meaning? You come up with your own meaning for your life. It can be simple or complex, up to you. My meaning for life is to simply enjoy my time here the best I can. Do things I enjoy. It also helps to find what you value in life. The environment? The homeless? Being a role model for children? Technology? You can then volunteer or take steps to get involved with those things. Once you understand life has no inherent meaning, you stop searching for it. And you feel a lot less pressure on yourself to find it.
