I try to go away and calm down. Mostly I turn sad instead of angry... I cry πŸ˜‚... but sometimes I explode...that happens if I'm reeeeeeaaaallllly madπŸ™ˆ...but I stay at least respectful✨

I walk away and try again later (if needed). If I can’t walk away,I remind myself that angry outbursts do not solve anything. As a matter of fact, most situations can be solved with a cool head. Impulsive actions lead to nothing but regret or embarrassing moments. (edited)

Breathe, take a walk to calm my nerves, write things down or just play music and dance it off. If another person is involved I stop talking, try to listen to the other person and if it can't be resolved straight away I'll do the above things, and come back to sort things out when calmer. (edited)

Mostly removing myself from what ever catalyst is causing my anger like walking away from a argument or person, stopping a game and just walk away from my desk and listen to some music. And stopping an activity that is anger inducing and coming back to it later.

Hard for me to control intense emotions.. I suffer when I am angry. No one to vent to so it all goes inwards.. But I am trying to control it by listening to loud music and walking outside until my anger subsides.

Will walk outside just to clear my head, sometimes i keep quiet and breathe in and out it helps... Because when u say something to a person you cannot undo that one and it will remain with them.
