My happiness feels like a sanctuary. A place where the heart is seen and safe, Where love is not loud, but deeply felt. It’s found in shared silences, in eyes that speak before lips move, in the magic of the unseen like a raven with her owl, the way moonlight falls on a promise made in quiet devotion. I am most joyful when love feels like home, not performance. When the past is no longer a weight, but a soft echo that reminds me how far I've come. I find happiness in healing, not perfection. In truth, even when it hurts. In creating beauty from pain, and weaving the broken pieces into something chaotic and cosmic. I thrive when I'm free to be tender, strange, wise, and wild, and when those I love don’t just accept that, but cherish it. Because they also understand that while our time here is finite we must enjoy what we have when we have it. (edited)

Happiness is taking that first sip of coffee in the morning and letting it warm you through. Happiness is spending quality time with those you love, and seeing them enjoy spending that time with you too. Happiness really is the little things. Most of us strive for happiness, but it isn’t something we can all find. It’s a noble journey to go on, though, looking for happiness and contentment. Happiness is just happiness…nothing too big, nothing too small and yet very vital.

Something that can be found within. Happiness becomes a choice. - While it is ok to express other emotions they aren’t meant to be dwelled on, just feel them and move on, because that’s how you release them instead of bottling up. - No one needs a reason to be happy. Be happy just to be happy. - Happiness is not something you can chase or search for. If you’re always looking for a reason to be happy that is what you will always be doing, looking, searching, and chasing. - Don’t make it someone else’s responsibility to make you happy and don’t let them make you responsible for their happiness. It is ok to want to make someone happy and put a smile on their face, just don’t make it your responsibility. If you’re not careful you’ll find yourself drowning with them. - Take charge of your own happiness and everything will work out for you. Decide for yourself to be happy.

For me, happiness is peace. Like, waking up without stress in your chest, being around people who make you feel safe, doing things you love—even the little ones, like eating your favorite snack or laughing at something dumb. It’s not always fireworks... sometimes it’s just quiet moments that feel right
