Smash Bros. It's a fighting video game. Fighting games allows us to express all our emotions in the game itself. This lets me (the host) understand how I'm feeling and just observe my feelings. I aim to not judge that I feel a certain way which helps me feel calm since my weakness is feeling some kind of way because I felt some kind of way.
