Worst house in a nice neighborhood. As I write this, I’m moving out of a terrible neighborhood. I don’t even know where to begin TL;DR My sister got physically assaulted by a dude in a red hoodie. Stalked her home too. I was walking my dogs at the time so I wasn’t there. I came back into the shop looking for the dude but he was gone. People gave us puzzled faces My dad almost got knifed. He had his bag to parry the attack. My sister got hit by a car and it ran ( a lot of reckless drivers in this area). I also went searching for this dude but to no avail. I’ve had my own run ins and so has my mother within the neighborhood You get the point. Especially when family is involved, neighborhood does make a difference. I’m trying to get them all out of this neighborhood. (edited)

I think I would go for the worst house in a nice neighborhood. Even though the house might not be perfect, you can always work on improving the house over time, right.. living in a nice neighborhood can have such a positive impact on your daily life. You can take leisurely walks, enjoy beautiful surroundings, and feel safer overall and being surrounded by a nice community and having access to good amenities would make up for it. It's all about the potential and the overall vibe of the area. 🙂
