Allow people to communicate about the conflict as an intermediary. I find that the fault in conflicts stems from people either being unheard or misunderstood, which can be resolved just by talking it out. However, if someone is just making up their mind before viewing evidence, just for the sake of argument it is better to ignore them entirely.

That's such a tough question. I dislike it and always tried to avoid it but in real life most often it was unavoidable. Now it's better. Conflicts can be useful and helpfuI. I prefer discussing things in a peaceful manner not with yelling and lots of anger ( when I see such question I assume it is about strong conflict and emotions involved). (edited)

I use to argue and fight to stand up for myself - im an adult now I just walk away . I dont even say anything I got better things to do then deal with adults who act like teenagers .

I can be avoidant if I'm not careful. I've tried to become more direct (not aggressive, but not just waiting for situation to pass if I need to take action) and not avoid wrong things in myself or around me, while also being mindful to do so with patience and a heart of resolution for peace. Conflict, whether involving me or not, makes me feel very uncomfortable and was a source of anxiety when I was younger (having very confrontational family members who argued amongst themselves). At worst, I freeze and don't respond but let the other person speak/shout and can internalize what was said (listening to what the other person is struggling with is important but self judgment is not good). If I have courage to assert myself, it's usually to defend someone else. Few times I have been in a situation where someone else was being bullied or about to be taken advantage of, I became very firm
