Helping dad do every chore in my younger days from bathing him to changing clothes to shaving and all sorts of help needed for neuro disease called Mysthaenia Gravis. Limits you movement to even holding or making grip on anything. He's doing fine now back home.

Kept going on when I didn't think I could

I left a very toxic work environment and became a full-time student at 31 to better myself. The second most courageous thing was I beat cancer; it sounds cliched, but there were dark moments where I thought about stopping all treatment because of the side effects from it.

Spoke to my rapist about how what he did traumatized me, what I felt about what happened, and how it's been taking me years of extensive therapy and healing to recover.

I think it was ignoring certain events of my life, I don't know if I'm correct, but I'm not brave

Moved to the other side of the world, the opposite hemisphere, by myself, where I knew nobody; to escape a long term abusive relationship.

Saved a woman as she was being brutally raped. Have a scar on my neck cause the rapist attacked me with a knife and tried to kill me. We fought and he broke the knife. He got 23 years with no parole, ended up commiting suicide in prison.

Get out of bed this morning after several years of trying to get a gf and failing every single day.
