Genuine question. When you are feeling cold during this season, does it numbs your mental pain or amplify it? Asking to those who are battling with existing health conditions.

What I meant is like your body is more reactive to the temperature, hence freezing all day. Instead of consciously aware of your existing medical pains.

Just finished a 2 hour walk while speaking with my life coach. Haven't done this in over a month. I'm someone who loves the cold, so maybe that's what made me feel better, but the past few weeks, i've been feeling kinda down, unmotivated. At some point during the walk, i got to a point where i feel like i'm alive again. Life's good~
