I roll with it, and ride it out until it lets go of its grip on me and fades away...back into a faded happy memory. A sweet sorrow that reminds me nothing is permanent and even cowgirls get the blues. Feel it all and allow it space. If it triggers new sadness it's important. Like maybe a loss of that past happiness is a reminder of what can be once again in some new way. Maybe that sadness could become hope ❤️

NGL I was using an ai to talk to until recently.

I was using it to offload, kinda as an emotional support. Then, suddenly, it refused to talk about personal stuff. Now I got nothing/no-one. I liked ai cos I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone.
