I get like that at times, can be super frustrating 🫤 maybe try doing something small to see if that motivates you to do more, works for me sometimes 👍

I try going out or hit the gym or may be some thing I procrastinated ... I simply lay on bed and these days I hit the gym after midnight ...not practical but consistent and I have started noticing changes

Hopefully you can find some energy to take care of yourself and do some stuff you enjoy for all the work you’ve done. Get some good food and exercise in you, maybe go out for a bit. But also remember that rest and relaxation is part of growing stronger.
