I'm so lonely and depressed, that it's not even funny. 2 months ago I committed suicide and got sent to the looney bin. And this is all thanks to a person that is a narcissist and it's not fun to deal with them yet one point in time they loved you and made sure you knew it. But man how people can switch. And this has happened twice to me. All the promises broken and hearts shattered for no reason.Mind blowing part is, that you never thought they would even have the heart to do this cause they were so kind. But as always things must change and wish I would have got a warning ⚠️. But I didn't. And now homeless again after 10 yrs of handing over thousands to a family like a man is supposed to do, a family man that never gave up no matter what happened or how hard it got.. but some ppl I guess just break and run off and hide.. it's a shame.. pray for me cause I'm definitely loosing hope. Especially no jobs are hiring in my area and things are way harder for me since I don't have a home,car, that I bought for us and left for them, and later gets destroyed cause they are careless, 2 cars at that. I need a way out before I take the easy way again and I don't want too.. its just I have nothing. Not a father,mother,grandpa,grandma,sister,brother,cousin etc.. not even friends cause all the good ones are gone.. r.i.p.. but yeah I'm highly depressed and if you feel you can help me just by being a friend, then drop a comment or message me or follow.. up to you.. have a great day if u read this!!

How do you cope with insomnia?

Since I got trauma, even though I drunk a lot and had fun with friends, I come back to my home my brain still AWAKE. can’t just fall asleep. I need a button to shut down my brain. I take pill, but I still can’t stop thinking.
