Everyone has their own manic and depressive episodes. Everyone is suffering too, but they aren't loud like you. They do ask for help not rant impulsively, they are open to the people who want to try to ease their pain, they never assumed if those people are just doing it for likes or awards.

Anyone else struggle with isolating?

I find when my anxiety spikes, I shut myself down and close off from people, and I really need to work on that 😭 Like, after a bunch of days have passed I can hardly just pop up and say "Oh hey sorry my mind hated me for a while there. Are we still friends?"
