Social anxiety is getting worse
God damn my social anxiety is getting really bad. To the point where I think everyone dislikes me. Is there a way to get out of that mindset?

Yea best thing I get out of that situation is that I just be silent and listen what they or them have to say and vent or complain then step in but that just me and yes I still till this day feel unwanted and a wall but it's life lol we all ignore one way or another. I do hope you feel better or find a different salutation.

It is a long difficult slow process but eventually I came to the point where I no longer cared what other people thought or felt about me. I'm going to be me regardless and if they didn't like that then they didn't have to be around me anymore than I had to allow them to.

Mindfulness practice; breath work - Radical Acceptance & Openness; self care (hydration, exercise, etc..) - general anxiety is the most common mental health issue; worldwide. You certainly are not alone by any means. It's okay to feel the feels as they come, but it's okay to let em' go too...it takes practice. If you are truly in need of help; ask. Seek out a dialectical behavioral therapist - they can give you tactile ways of dealing with intrusive thoughts and unwanted feelings/behaviors. You got this, it's a wave...surf it. 🤙 (edited)
