Completely. I spent my life in garages and rehersal because music would be my future, no marriages, burials, birthdays would make me miss music creation, instead of chasing girls, I was learning to play and making music with the sole propose of touring one day and never look back. 20 years later I am old and alone, musicians are not friend material ( in rock or metal ) and now my body is not attractive, and I dont know how to “chase girls”. The mp3 era made musicians not getting paid and give up, and the internet made woman chase six packs with no brain. My priorities where music, now I wish I had kids and a home with a best friend from the opposite sex, and atleast sex once a month 😂😭

Yes very much so. For one I have children now, that changes everything. Two I'm single. 10 years ago I just wanted basics that anyone really could have fulfilled. Now I'm more interested in someone not only I can build a life with but someone I connected with on multiple levels. 10 years ago I would have rather have a drink, toke and smoke. Now I want to be up early, productive, work on myself and make someone else day a littlw bit better. I could probably rant about this for a while lol
