You're right, it is difficult this time of year. We just have to take it one day at a time or even one hour at a time if we have to. The point is to not give up or give in to the depression. I've made that mistake a couple of times already and still fight it every day. Honestly I wonder why I'm still here sometimes but then I remember good things do happen, just be patient.

This time of year is rough for me too. I feel like part of what makes Thanksgiving and Christmas such an ordeal is that it pressures you to be among family (or being confronted with one's lack of family), which can sometimes be a major source of stress, pain, or sadness. What I think Depression is much deeper I mean if life is going bad it's understandable that the person will be unhappy and sad. To get back on track the person will surely need time however when life is fine and person still sad that's where true depression starts Look at all those successful rich people there life is fundamentally considered good they have resources and can find as many as people they want but they are depressed. Depression is when you have stuff and still not content then it's definitely depression as nothing you have is giving you what it would give to an average person and you get stuck in there and it's a dark place
