Quick post because I'm at work. I'll get back to comments.. just on my mind. Also that it seems most people don't want to discuss or bother hearing about it.

I feel like health apps can be helpful for quick consultations - it's a good place to start and it's better than nothing. Also, many workplaces are providing mental health support now (e.g. hiring in-house psychologist, subsidising consultations etc.) - maybe this is something you could look into?

I got referred to a therapist a year or so ago and it was useles. I can some it into them telling me "look out of a window and drink some cold water every day and you'll feel better". This does not solve my problems and in fact just made me want to brake down crying.

Absolutely I feel the same....unless a Healthcare professional can throw a pill at you and you go away they usually don't care unless there is something more expensive they can hit your insurance for

There is help, hon. Sadly, you just won't find it in the health care system. I would suggest looking into hypnotherapy, NLP, shamanism. Those are the areas where you will find actual healing and a foundation to build a strong and lasting relationships with yourself that will leave you firm in your values, boundries and with greater self love and radical acceptance for who you are and what you have been through. Know that it's a process. It took you many steps to get you to where you are. It will take steps to take you somewhere else. And each step is a step closer. Stay devoted to your healing and you will get there. 🤍

Therapist. I think it's unrealistic to expect others to support you mentally. I know I would cut someone off quick if they started going through their mental issues. It's too much to handle. Good luck!

Hey, i understand some frustration you might be experiencing. Youre not alone when you feel this way. Sometimes it is difficult to find someone to talk to. Sometimes we make it even more difficult on ourselves too. A lot of people will shy away from the conversation or keep it hidden away. I would challenge you to message me, so that i may prove you wrong. There are people in this world who care about you. Sometimes you havent met them. Sometimes theyre your friends you havent gotten to know well enough. Youll find youre not alone. Many people feel alone like you and feel the same way.
