It’s difficult because we have so many thoughts we think about. To control it, it takes discipline. Mindfulness helps greatly. In moments that concentratation is not needed, let your thoughts roam free. Then, you won’t need to reminisce about it Remember, thoughts are like clouds, they’ll slowly go away if you give it the right amount of attention. Don’t fight it. Make time for it and let it pass. The more you fight it, the more it’ll come back to you if you don’t give it the time it needs to process (edited)

Everyone has his or her opinion... Which is valid! Most people overthink, worrying unnecessary, stress, uncertainties going on or might be societies. Practice mindfulness and kindness at all phase of circumstances... Remember mental health and inner peace matters.
