Soulmates doesn't have to be a couple or in a relationships! True connection is about how we interact with other individuals but it doesn't mean we have to be a couple or in a relationship! Why will you bother putting a level when you are enjoying each others company?! Why not just let it flow and grow?! Life is full of surprises and challenges! You never know... Maybe yes. Overtime, feelings might die down, and only friendship will remain. Love is like a bonfire. You have to really feed it wood to keep it alive and burning. In friendship, that isn't the case, if anything it is more like a box of matches that burns on an instant. Nevertheless, in that period of transitioning to just friends, if you end up finding someone you love, you must be cautious with that friendship. Don't go awakening what was mutually decided to be put to sleep 😅 (edited)

Of course- you're not meant to be in a relationship with every person you develope feelings for. It may be easier to keep the peace between two people and being content with just being friends. There are cases where you work best as friend and aren't compatible as more.

Absolutely. Just because feelings are involved doesn't necessarily mean you should go beyond friendship. You need to know yourself and know that your needs and someone elses are not always associated with what you want. Friendship is a beautiful thing however to move forward in life takes 2 people who are equipt for one another's challenges and willing to build something together.🌬️🗝️

If you're constantly trying to show off your new partner to them... no. If you're just there for each other, being a morale support because times are really bad, yes. I tried to be friends with someone I loved... my heart was clear... i was fine... but he kept triangulating me between his old and new partners. It was torture. The hot and cold on my poor fragile heart

If there are mutual feelings please leave the drama for the movies and be direct, otherwise throw him/her into the friendzone once and for all, no problem. It's easy for me to maintain friendships without drama. It's a matter of maturity, the point is to say what you feel. The heart is a heavy burden to carry, express what you feel and move forward whether the answer is what you expect or not. If reality and truth are going to hurt, let it hurt, but in one fell swoop. 😉 Life surprises you in the game of love there will always be a crazy person to complete your madness waiting to meet you.
