I don’t go to the gym currently. I mainly do calisthenics workout to excercise discipline at home first (and it’s free)! Can’t count how many times I’ve paid a membership monthly for nothing. For those that do it consistently, props to you.

Don't laugh.. In our gym there are gym girl's who deadlifts 150kg plus normally.. So me and my hommies are buttering them so that in future if there is any fighting scenario we can call them.. And second is they are good source of motivation 😭😭

A few reasons. Firstly, I must treat my body with self respect not only for my own healths sake, my worldview treats one’s own body as a temple, being an image bearer. Secondly, stress and emotional management, this enables me to function in a more calm, collected, and orderly fashion. Thirdly, I want more muscle.
