I would help my childhood best friend. Not to get too into it, but I've heard his life has turned out really badly. I know that downward spiral started with some bad relationships and drug abuse that happened when I knew him. I know it wasn't my job to save or carry him, and I don't necessarily feel guilty about it because there's no way I could've known how things would turn out, but I was very meek back then and didn't want to tell him things he didn't want to hear. Now I know, sometimes when we love someone, that's exactly the kind of thing you need to say to them. I justfeel for him knowing his life has turned out shot somewhere. He was a good person.

I'd go back and take all the money I used for university and invest it in stocks. Or at least go back and tell myself to learn about being financially literate a lot sooner. I'm learning that knowing how to use money is a better strategy than simply making more.

I would change how I treated others, but especially my mom. In elementary school, I constantly gave my teachers a hard time and made my mom cry a lot with my selfish behavior. I still accidentally make my mom cry sometimes when I have arguments with my brother and I hate it. I used to tell her horrible things like "I hate her", "I wish she was never my mom", "I wish she would die", etc. I would say them whenever she grounded me, put me in time out, took my phone (in middle school and high school), or spanked me. I understand now that she just wanted me to work hard and become a good person. She didn't want me to become like some people in my family or like other people that we've had to deal with. I really regret all the rude and horrible things I've ever said to her. I'm still working on my anger issues and how I treat others. I try to treat everyone with kindness as often as I can. (edited)

It depends on how you see things " glass half full " or "half empty" i was dealing with depression for 7 years and trust me it's just the way we think and fall in loop of negative thoughts ( get rid of all the negativity ,start using Affirmations and getting better than yesterday) no one can heal u except you yourself, people nowdays don't wanna work on themselves and just rely on others and magic pill.
