Small talk with strangers. People look away as you walk by them in public acting out the "don't talk to strangers" mind set. Make the first move. Look in their direction and practice small talk or brief conversation as you walk by. Sometimes just saying "Hello" helps either you or the quite person

Reasons to smile, laugh, and feel good. Too often people are so busy, selfish, etc. To remember that how we interact with each other matters. I want to spread pleasantness be it a simple thinking of you text, joke, smile, hug, etc.(there is plenty of negative without me adding to it) into someone's day.

Compassion and boundaries. I'm so sick and tired of seeing the people around me being taken advantage of or hurt out of selfishness, self preservation (especially when there were ways to achieve consideration while preserving themselves), greed, actual sadism (not the knk), and projected insecurity/fear. Hurting people isn't required to progress and if you think it is, you're in the wrong company/situation. And boundaries are necessary to protect yourself from those kind of people. Even if your kind heart doesn't want to respect your boundaries for others, it's necessary because if you abandon/disregard yourself, others will follow your example. It's not a bad thing to have a kind heart. But kindness is like a garden. You have to water your own to give it out and the more you tend to your garden, the more you have to give out. And boundaries protect your garden from those that would trample it.
