Climbing on top of the metal monkey bars my grandma kept in her backyard. The ground was covered in tall yellow grass most of the time, because it was the prairie. The grass went forever. I would watch the sunset turn the prairie clouds into fire from there, and I felt untouchable.

This comes to mind... Though I'm sure I have others that can top it. Looking out the window in a car as a kid and seeing someone's hub cap rolling perfectly straight down the highway just cruising along with us. It fit between several cars as it slowly lost it's speed. We eventually passed it. My young introverted self trying so hard not to laugh. I couldn't hold back.

when i was a kid, around 6 or something, i was in the beach with my father and i drowned and rolled on the wave and sand. my father saved me and laugh at me. i love this memory so much because thats the only memory i have with my father in the beach. after that, he got major colostomy surgery and no longer able to swim anymore. we lost him in 2014, cant believe its been long time already

I remember this one time, playing Warframe, I was fishing on one of the open worlds. My squad mates came over and just joined in, ultimately chilling for like a couple hours. What makes this a favorite was how unprompted it was and I'm like 90% sure I knew none of them at all

The day I wasn't planning on doing anything at all, but a friend randomly asked if I wanted to go to the beach. We went and ended up running into a few of her friends and then heading back to their place. We ended up partying all night.

Christmas was my favorite holiday growing up. As a little girl, my parents got live trees every year and gave me the popular toys of the early 80s. It was so festive. One year I decided to play dress up in my mom's clothes and found my Christmas gifts already wrapped in the closet. 😳😂 I didn't care. I continued to believe in Santa for a few more years despite the evidence. But I'll never forget that day.

One of his other friends had insulted me pretty badly, and my friend was not happy at all that his friend insulted me and did something pretty unexpected, he told his friend off and told his mom who talked to his friends mom and then that boy got into trouble.
