What do I do now?
What do I do when I feel like im lost? What do i do when I've lost all my friends? What do I do when I feel like im alone? What do i do when my memory is failing me? What do I do when I'm scared to die alone? What do I do when everyday activities are hard to do? What do I do when I'm not the same person in the past? What do I do when I can't turn to anyone? What do I do when I cry? What do I do when I'm looking through old memories? What do I do when I feel like im a nobody? ............................................................................................. All of these things can be answered in the smallest form. 1. You find yourself, and hold onto the smallest thing that makes you, YOU! 2. You go out and make more friends, or try and contact your old ones about how you feel like you've lost them. 3. You go out and explore the world, can be a trip to a store, camping, or long distance trips. Sometimes that extra time alone is good fir meditation or new experiences. 4. You take photos, videos, and enjoy what you can in the moment because it's what's in the present that matters the most to you and what is in the future that will come when it needs to. 5. Make the most of the happy, scary, sad, angry etc. The best parts about being in the now is make mistakes, love, have fun, enjoy yourself now and don't focus on the later. Focus on the now. 6. Make a list of small tasks to do throughout the day like: get dressed, eat, hydrate, nap if you need it, try your hobbies or watch a show, maybe go outside and enjoy some air and relax. You got this!! 7. Maybe this change is for the better? Maybe you want to go back to who you were back then? Now it's just about who you want to be for yourself to start making small changes in your life to get to that point. Whether it's going outside and being more adventurous, or it's working out to get back to a more physical state, or maybe you were always having friends around and hanging out? Try talking to new people around when you live and maybe go out to coffee, play pool, or even just playing video games would help? 8. Sometimes having no one brings out a different side of you, a different perspective on life maybe, or if really needed you can try and talk to someone you don't know well so that there's a different person's opinion on the matter? You can always turn to someone you just have to reach out and have confidence in yourself. 9. You cry those tears proudly, then when you're done wipe them off, get up, and move forward from what was causing them in the first place. You got this! You're strong, be positive, I know things may seem tough in the moment but sooner or later those things won't be as hard on you as they were in the beginning. Keep your head up and keep moving. 10. Be appreciative of the memories, pictures, or videos you have because days are going by faster than you think so be happy, laugh, and love when you can. Be thankful of the people who've made and impact on your life good or bad because we as people change from good and bad experiences and who you are today might strongly be from what's happened in your life in the past. May it be a little cloud in the sky or a enormous tornado, these are all what can change a million things in life. 11. You'll never be a nobody because you are always going to be a somebody, maybe not to yourself but to someone's eyes you are the world and above, you are a somebody, the way you talk, the way you cry, the way you dress, the way you think and perceive life is all being made by you and only you. You can change someone's life you just don't know it yet. You are an amazing person and I'm sure others would agree too!! (With what I've said above, you do not have to listen to my advice or words, this is just a writing ie done to help myself out and try and be better for my mental health.
